St. Paul Employment Contract Lawyer

Minnesota Employment Law Attorney

"People are empowered by bringing an employment law case. With someone standing beside them, healing can begin."Sonja D. Peterson

Much of a person's identity is intimately connected with their job. It determines what we do during the day and for much of what we think about when we are not working. When you are the victim of discrimination, harassment or retaliation on the job, a dark cloud can settle over your life — affecting your outlook, your relationships and your future.

If you have been the victim of illegal discrimination, harassment or retaliation in the workplace, you have rights — and the ability to obtain justice and compensation for the wrongs you have suffered.

At Dunnwald & Peterson, P.A., we stand up for victims of discrimination, harassment and other illegal employment practices. We use the legal system to right wrongs and help our clients regain their dignity.

Not everyone who has been fired has a legal case. Though the treatment received may not have been entirely fair, the law strictly defines the circumstances when an employee can use the legal system to obtain justice. Our lawyer Sonja D. Peterson will carefully review your situation. If your case has merit she will be your strong advocate — seeking justice and compensation for you.
