Tom G. Dunnwald has more than 25 years experience in the field of criminal law. He has served as both a prosecutor and defense lawyer. As defense counsel, Mr. Dunnwald has handled criminal cases of every sort, including fraud, embezzlement, murder, attempted murder, criminal sexual conduct, theft, receipt of stolen property, larceny, armed robbery, assault with deadly weapons, criminal conspiracy of various sorts, possession of firearms by felons, domestic assaults, violations of federal endangered species laws, a range of juvenile offenses, including adult certifications and extended juvenile jurisdiction, and every type of misdemeanor and traffic violation.
